Core Happiness™ was founded for you….for all of us. We live in world full of roles and responsibilities that require us to wear many different hats. Think about all of the different roles you play in one single day. With the daily demands that have been placed on everyone, especially women, we often find ourselves feeling, tired, alone, confused, and often worn-out as we try to wear so many hats ranging from family (mother, wife, divorcee, girlfriend, daughter, sister, etc.) to work (stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, part-time, contractor, etc.), to provider and nurturer, to last (but not least) a woman (who you are as an individual, your hobbies, your dreams, your fears, your health, etc.). It is no wonder that it is easy to lose sight of one’s true self, however, the only way to truly show up for those roles and responsibilities is through self discovery and self-care. I work with my clients to help them to rediscover themselves and their core beliefs. This enables them to grow more empowered, confident, motivated, while gaining clarity and inner peace, all of which is then reflected externally to the world…their world.
There is nothing more gratifying to me than watching a person rediscover themselves, their strengths, their values, and their dreams.
My journey on true self discovery started decades ago, but it wasn’t until 2012 that I realized that it was time to do something about it. Like most girls and women, I had spent a lot of my life letting people define me. What type of child I was suppose to be; the type of women people wanted me to be; what I should (and should not) be entitled to; how successful I was allowed to be; and the list goes on. But in 2012, after spending my entire professional life working on my career as a Brand & Marketing Producer at one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, I found myself at a crossroads, I had lost sight of the fact that I have the power over my life and my future, not someone else. This was the first time that I decided I could do something about it and decided to take a long, hard look at myself and what I really wanted.f
I love helping people live in their true light and working to create the abundance and happiness they desired. I have since made that my mission.
After taking time for internal reflection, to rediscover myself, my values, my morals and to make sure they were aligned with my new goals. I made it a point to focus on things that I valued most, and along the way, that is where I discovered pure happiness, gratitude, and sense of peace and purpose.
My situation made me think of other people, especially women, who might be going through similar situations. Being told they are not good enough, being told what they will become, and being forced to fit into labels and boxes that others feel define them.
I thought of people like me, who may have woke up one day thinking, “how did I get here and what can I do about it?”. So, in 2013 I started taking Life Coaching courses. It was almost as if that opportunity had fallen into my world. Everything about it felt right. After receiving my Professional Coach Certification I continued on with training and received my Master Coach Certification and started working with people (both men and women) who felt stuck, who were looking to rediscover themselves, or who were transitioning from one area of their life to another.

I firmly believe in the whole person approach as there are many different aspects & areas of our lives that have a large influence or affect on our overall wants, goals & potential obstacles.
WHOLE PERSON APPROACH
For the whole person process, I will start with a complementary introductory session to determine the best fit and make sure youare comfortable with proceeding. Once you are comfortable going forward we will then move on to the open session in which we willexplore those different areas and aspects of your life. This session will be the longest session (often running between 60 minutesand 90 minutes long). All following sessions will then move onto addressing your specific goals in the areas of your choosing
